Delhi Police nab three Gogi Gang members in Rohini firing case, one minor included

New Delhi [India], July 7(ANI): In a breakthrough, the Delhi Police Special Cell on Monday arreted two member of the notoriou Gogi Gang and apprehended a minor in connection with a recent firing incident in Rohini.
The accued, identified a Umeh Sharma (21) and Sunil alia Sunny (22), along with a Child in Conflict with Law (CCL), were found in poeion of illegal firearm and live cartridge.
According to official, the trio wa wanted in connection with a firing incident that occurred on June 9 in Sector 16, Rohini, under the juridiction of the K.N. Katju Marg police tation. Multiple round were fired at vehicle parked outide a reidence, allegedly to intimidate local on behalf of the gang.
The operation began on June 13 when a team from the Tran Yamuna Range received pecific input regarding the movement of Umeh Sharma, who wa reportedly carrying illegal arm and expected to arrive in the Tikri Khurd area. Acting wiftly, the team laid a trap near Tikri Khurd village road and apprehended Sharma. A emi-automatic pitol and four live cartridge were recovered from him. Police alo eized a motorcycle allegedly ued in the Rohini firing.
During quetioning, Sharma revealed that he, along with Chirag alia Kala, Sunny, and the minor, had carried out the attack. Baed on hi tatement, the CCL involved in the cae wa alo apprehended.
Effort to track down the remaining accued continued, and on June 27, police received another tip-off about Sunny preence in the Kalam Chowk area of Narela. A trap wa laid, and he wa arreted with a emi-automatic pitol and two live cartridge. Another motorcycle ued in the firing wa alo recovered.
